---AUDIO PLAYBACK INITIATED---
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking.
If all passengers could please take their seats and fasten their seat belts, we will be arriving at our destination shortly.
As you are all perfectly aware, as per the legal waivers you signed before undertaking this trip, the island we are about to land on is a class 5 danger zone. Upon stepping foot on the Island, your safety is your own concern.
The company is very grateful for your agreement and willingness to participate in this operation, and the boss takes care of those who solve his problems for him.
Upon completion of you assignment, you can be extracted at one of the pre-designated landing zones.
We’re going in.
You’re going to need it.
---AUDIO PLAYBACK ENDED---
You know what this means don’t you dino fans? Help is on the way and now it’s finally time to get off this god forsaken island! the chopper is returning.
Primal Carnage has now been updated with the first free game expansion which brings the new game mode “Get to the Chopper” along with 2 new maps.
Now, here comes the twisty turny head scratching part. As of today, GTTC is released as Beta. This means that the mode is still subject to change and alteration, as well as the introduction of further GTTC specific maps in the near future. This also means an official GTTC Beta thread will be opened where we will welcome, and in fact actively encourage you all to speak your minds about the new mode; any problems, suggestions or concerns are to be posted and all feedback will be carefully considered by the Development Team. We want the community to have their say in how this new mode evolves and progresses from this moment onwards. Primal Carnage aims to be the dinosaur game the world wants, so we invite you all to do your part in shaping the game's future.
Also, now I will admit on this I've been a little sneaky, there is an extra little surprise for all of you. The Trapper isn't the only one that will be getting a new outfit soon… behold…
Yes, our little surprise in the form of the Commandos “Pilot” skin.
As the Trapper likes to relax in style when he’s not hunting and capturing rare and elusive game, the Commando used to be a rather adept Pilot himself before the… er…. Unpleasantness (which, of course, we never speak of… EVER). However, now you too can relive the Commandos glory years of military service. And see what he looks like with a shirt on
Further details on this and the new Trapper skin coming soon.
Finally, in addition to the GTTC game expansion, the new update also brings with it a number of general game fixes and tweaks which will be revealed in full soon. We've been listening to certain complaints and suggestions and there will be a few changes for you to look over, so, once again, you are encouraged to provide any feedback or comment you have on those once they are revealed in full detail.
Well, I think that’s it for now, stay tuned for any further updates and events coming soon.
